On Sunday morning, Packers quarterback Jordan Love made a striking entrance ahead of the matchup between the 2-1 Packers and the 3-0 Vikings at Lambeau Field. Love, listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report due to a knee injury from Week 1, which sidelined him for two games, seemed unbothered as he walked into the stadium, as seen in a video posted on X by the Packers’ official account.
Love showed up wearing a retro Brett Favre jersey, a tribute to the Packers legend, who recently announced his battle with Parkinson’s disease. One fan responded, “Jordan, you are a WORLD CLASS person.”
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Love is expected to start against the Vikings. Pelissero noted that Love will wear a brace on his left knee, and despite the MCL sprain he suffered in the Sept. 8 season opener, he took the majority of practice reps and showed improvement throughout the week.
In Week 1 against the Eagles, Love completed 17-of-34 passes for 260 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception during the Packers’ 34-29 loss.
